Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 72 hours of label creation. 

Route insurance must be added to your order for package protection in transit. If you opt NOT to include route insurance on your order you will be responsible for lost/stolen/damage in transit items. Tidal Salt, LLC hold no responsibility once a package has left our hands. Route will provide additional protections. You may file a claim directly with USPS or UPS but Tidal Salt, LLC will not be involved in this process.
